Women of W.O.R.T.H is a non-profit health clinic in Rome, Georgia, that provides low cost Gynecological and preventive care for women. W.O.R.T.H. stands for Women's Organization for Reproductive and Total Healthcare. One of our goals is to help individuals and couples with many aspects of family planning. We connect you and your family to healthcare information as well as preventative health services. Services are available not only to women, but also for men and teens. Planning 4 Healthy Babies
A new form of health insurance (Medicaid) is being offered to women of Georgia between the ages of 18 and 44 to those who are not pregnant and are still able to have children (i.e. have not had a tubal ligation or hysterectomy). This program allows women greater choices for family planning providers, including the ability to choose their delivering physician or prenatal care provider as their family planning provider.
